Our Synagogue

While seeking to start a Messianic Synagogue in the Eastern Kansas City Metro area, We found a former church that was for sale and was being used as a catering hall. It was discovered that they had purchased this ten year old building from the church group that had built it. During Sukkot we started negotiating and came to an agreement. Out of Sukkot (dwelling place) 5773 HaShem has provided B'nai Yeshurun Messianic Jewish Congregation with a dwelling place to worship. We closed on the deal during Hanukkah and re-dedicated this place of worship back to the L-rd during The Feast of Dedication, Hanukkah ,Tevet 2, 5773 (Dec 15, 2012).

Who We Are

We are a Torah Submissive, Conservative, Messianic Jewish assembly consisting of Jews and Non-Jews for the purpose of glorifying Yeshua haMashiach (Jesus the Messiah). We are a covenant community that teaches a life of holiness and sanctification. We teach a love for Israel, the Jewish people, and Torah, all the while standing in faith with our Christian brothers and sisters. We teach the words of Yeshua, the Jewish Messiah, from a Jewish perspective with a focus on seeing Him in Torah.
